Tonight, She’s Mine
Barbara Tramonte

Hannah on this night
In New York City
Totally mine
Hannah

Here I have Hannah
Baba, I can read!
Miracle of miracles
Brain of mysterious
Brain. She can read.
Here she is, Hannah.
A waif, a girl in my girl’s
Skin. A grand and very daughter.
Hannah.

Here she flaunts herself
In front of my Upper East Side
Mirror. Baba, look,
My hair has grown.
